April 18, 2018 – Sales for exhibit space for the RSI/CMA 2018 Rail Expo & Technical Conference are now open, Railway Supply Institute (RSI) President Mike O’Malley announced. RSI/CMA 2018 is scheduled for September 9-11, 2018 at the Music City Center in downtown Nashville, Tenn.
The RSI/CMA 18 expo hall will gather 120+ exhibitors from all over the railway industry as manufacturers showcase their latest equipment and technology from the freight car, tank car, locomotive, maintenance-of-way, and signaling industry to 1000+ attendees.
“This year, RSI/CMA 2018 attendees and exhibitors will not only see the latest in rail supply products and technology but also hear perspective from government and industry leaders on critical legislative and regulatory issues. And they will experience a country music concert, rail learning center, and social media lounge, all right on the exhibit hall floor,” said O’Malley.
“We are also looking forward to partnering with the City of Nashville and Visit Music City on this event, and we hope to see increased attendance from railroads and shippers by providing additional meetings and opportunities to network,” said RSI Vice President of Trade Shows Amanda Trainor Patrick, CEM.
O’Malley encouraged interested companies to reserve exhibit space quickly, as over half of the expo hall space was sold during the RSI members only placement period. RSI member companies who exhibit will also receive priority placement points to assure better space assignments in future shows including Railway Interchange 2019. Exhibit space rates will increase in July; more information for members on reserving exhibit space may be found on the RSI website.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available and include food functions, conference sessions, prominent signage, and more. Learn more here.
Attendee registration (including exhibitor registration) and hotel room reservations at the Omni Nashville Hotel will open on Monday, June 4.
