About RSI-300
RSI-300 is an industry leading recommended guidelines that enables tank car equipment owners to create a reliability-based maintenance program. The Railway Supply Institute developed these guidelines to provide tank car equipment owners with general guidelines that are in accordance with federal regulations. The RSI-300 guidelines also provides common reliability language and brings together essentials of a reliability-based maintenance program into a concise and usable format.
